Is the monogramming really free?
For a limited time, yes — normally a $15 service, now complimentary on all eligible styles.
How many letters can I add, and in what style?
Up to six characters (English alphabet). Choose a Typewriter block or Italic script at checkout.
Can I choose the thread color and placement?
The monogram sits just above the pocket piping, in a thread chosen to complement it — so it always looks intentional. (An exact match to the piping isn’t guaranteed on every style.)
How long does it take to ship?
Personalized pieces are made to order and take 7–10 business days to process before shipping.
Can monogrammed pieces be returned?
Because each piece is personalized, monogrammed items are Final Sale and can’t be changed once ordered. Double-check spelling and size first.
